Compliance is at the heart of our business. Not only do we ensure our strong compliance framework is implemented every step of the way, we are also commited to constanly review and develop these processes further. It is our personal endeavour to lead the industry within this area.

Our Experts

  • Terms and Conditions Before registrations all potential experts are made clear of our strict terms and conditions that they must accept before they can be evaluated as a potential expert.

    These include but are not limited to

    Experts must not disclose non-public information
    Experts must not participate in any consultation work that creates any conflict of interest with existing agreements
  • AcceptanceAll experts must complete our registration process which is only finalised after they have agreed to accept and comply to all our terms and conditions.

  • Screening – This allows our experienced client relations managers to asses how suitable a client is for a potential consultation. At this point the expert is reminded of our strict terms and the expert must highlight if there are any possible conflict of interests.

  • Consultation – If an expert is offered a consultaion, before acceptance they are made aware of any additional terms that the client has set out. Only upon acceptance of these is th expert allowed to continue to the consultation work.

  • Standard Legal TermsAll clients must agree to our standard legal terms and conditions

  • ConfidentialityClients are reminded not to communicate confidential or non-public information in anyway

  • Speicialist Terms If clients have any specialist terms or requirements that they would like experts to be aware of we will be happy to discuss these in more detail

For Employers     

  • Permission - Experts are only permitted to carry out consultation work if they are permitted to do so by their employer

  • ‘Watch List’ - If any companies  employment conditions do not allow their employess to engage in any additional consulting work, they may contact us to place their name on our internal ‘watch list’. This ensures that no expert from this particular company will be allowed to register with us.

 

Our internal compliance team is dedicated to ensure all our compliance practises are implemented and are also committed to improve our framework by constanlty reviewing our processes.
